6. What kind methods do you offer for payment?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks. Items ordered by personal check will be held for shipment until the check clears.
7. How do you handle Returns or Defective Products
We want you to be happy and we know you will love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at mad-lw@cogeco.ca within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. Put the word defective or refund in the subject line. Items must be returned in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. If you receive any item damaged or broken, contact us immediately.
